Hi, first thank you for this plugin! I'm using it on two OctoPrint-installations with two Shelly Plug S and it works great! I have an idea for a feature: I think it would be nice to display the current power usage as the Plug provides this info. Together with a configuration option to set the price per KWh it could also display the power cost for the print.

Amazing idea, though I am not sure how/where to display the returned value. Also, I do not have a Shelly PM or Plug S to test it, but I will definitely look into this.

+1 for this idea. I have recently started using a Shelly Plug S and it would be great to be able to see current power usage!

The day before yesterday, I had some spare time on my hands so I got started on this. Since my Shelly Plug S was flashed with ESPHome before I ever thought about testing this, I tried to flash it back to the original FW but I failed to do so, which means I have to do it with a serial adapter. In the meanwhile, I've started to put similar functionality in my other plugin so as soon as I have revived the Plug S, it should just be some fiddling to get the right data from the Shelly API.
