Lock folder does not actually lock the folder, it just does not display under UI..

What's the problem?
Lock folder does not actually lock the folders under windows Xp(Have'nt checked 
with other window versions), folders can be accessed through command prompt 
without any password.

How often you face this problem ?
Each and every time :)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I am not sure, the feature is already implemented or just ignored or have'nt 
noticed by the developer.

What version of the product are you using? On what version of Windows
?

LocK-A-FoLdeR 3.10.3 for Windows 32 bit

Any previous version produced the same problem ?
No idea, never checked

What is the language of your operating system and keyboard ?
English
