lost the files #105

What's the problem? actually i kept my files with a password,but accidently my 
system was under gone with system recover option and i installed new OS.I lost 
my very important iles in that folder .how can i recover my files back..pls pls 
pls help me.....

How often you face this problem ?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i want my files back,how can i?can i get them back if i install the same 
version software in system again.

What version of the product are you using? On what version of Windows?
i usd version 3.10.3x84,windows7 ultimate 64bit

Any previous version produced the same problem ?

What is the language of your operating system and keyboard ?

Hi.. I am also having same problem.. But i have my data in FLK format. Can i 
recover the same?

I have installed Lock A folder 3.10.3.I password protected my folders .But 
unfortunately i uninstall Lock a Folder.With this I lost my folder and files 
which was protected by this software.I want to recover these folder kindly help 
to.plz
