Locked folder can be open when "Open in new window" option is use #114

What's the problem?
Folder is locked but when using the context menu and if user choose "Open in 
new window" option the locked folder can still be open.

How often you face this problem ?
during my first use.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I think this a bug so maybe it can be fixed.

What version of the product are you using? On what version of Windows?
V3.10.3x84

Any previous version produced the same problem ?
this is the first version that I use.

What is the language of your operating system and keyboard ?
