Coauthor links with titles #560

It would be nice to make it easier to make a link like [Title of Post](coauthor:...). Some ideas:

  1. In editor, right/shift/something click on coauthor:... link (related to #521)
  2. coauthor:... automatically renders like [Title of Post](coauthor:...)
    • Easy for already loaded messages
    • Would need to fetch other titles
