Full-width PDF doesn't resize when toggling TOC #568

What's wrong?

If you set a PDF attachment to "fit to width", and toggle the table of contents, the PDF doesn't resize.

How to Reproduce

  1. Go to a post with an attached PDF file
  2. Click "Fit to Width" to resize PDF
  3. Press T to toggle the table of contents
  4. PDF doesn't resize
