Updated the installation instructions to include:

• Explaining an issue with AWS EC2 port 25.
• Adding instructions on how to access mongodb in production deployment
• Adding details regarding a known ssh2 issue on Ubuntu 22 when using RSA keys

After sending this, it seems that #480 also addresses some of these issues but is not fully merged?
