Related to text (#7), it'd be nice to be able to add comments/questions that have a location/icon but the contents are hidden until you click them (like some post-it notes) and then allow people to write responses, and maybe mark resolved, like Google Docs.
I'm imagining a separate tool for starting a new comment. Interacting with/replying to a comment can probably involve clicking on that comment, e.g. in select mode. Maybe we'll eventually want some way to scroll through comments (next comment / previous comment)... but I think we could use popups for the comment instead of a right toolbar like Google Docs. We'll also want a toggle to turn off the comment icons on the page.
This also probably isn't the highest priority item, but it's something that came up in brainstorming.
