Meeting drag can select #78

Reproduction:

  1. Open 3 meetings as tabs in a single tabset
  2. With 3rd or 2nd meeting active, drag the third meeting to a new tabset
  3. Then the 1st meeting activates, despite being the oldest! Especially annoying when it was the 2nd meeting active, which didn't get dragged, and yet the active meeting switches.

Probably a FlexLayout issue.
