Move Name entry #96

[ ] Add Room Settings tab on left where it can be set later

Perhaps in the meantime, better differentiate the user name field vs the meeting name field (or maybe force the meeting name to be double-click to edit or something similar)? Especially I think because of the default upwards facing triangle by the "Your name" accordion, I see many people typing their own names in the wrong field.

@mehtank Finally got to implementing a clearer differentation in f8cd229 (deployed soon). We'll see if this reduces the number of incorrect meeting title settings!
