define Minimum Viable Product #1

Have a focus group of potential users. Interview them on the needed features. Describe the features of a Minimum Viable Product based on that.

If the MVP wants to be really minimal, we could provide the same or similar functionality as current such sites give to the owners. We could review a few such sites. For example "ittlakok.hu" is a good site that Cordia the new building developer created to manage their buildings. The owners really like it and use it a lot. Its functionality is really minimal (news, forum, FAQ, downloadable docs (budget, SZMSZ, etc), owners list (of those who don't wish to be hidden)) Let's say we add the voting possibility to the forum and we probably have an MVP. Of course if we can add some NTHs to that, we can have a better selling position. I would love to see this graphically appealing and very easy to see through and navigate around.

Condominium MVP issues to discuss: A.) Usability side

  1. What are the best ways to promote the project? Whom should we target/focus?
    • condominium owners and/or "közös képviselők"?
    • közös képviselők are not really interested in a transparent democratic condominium software,
    • users not really understanding the whole thing, for them the whole thing is a pain in the ass, would like to deal with it as little as possible,
      1. Which of the critical issues to be part of the MVP
    • constant financial transparency?
    • decision making processes? (initiation, execution etc.)?
    • structured document data base?

B.) Background issues

  1. How to handle the lack of central authority? ( who have the authority to verify / assure users?)

a) on the condominium level registering the building registering the owners

b) what kind of customer services might we provide if any?

c) What extent could we rely on the Földhivatal semi public and awkward system?

It excludes all data inquiry, free only for same basic data, requires personal ügyfélkapu authorization

  1. The condominiums (life and decisions, etc.) are regulated by the law.
    • focusing first on demo projects ( the people probing, playing with, but the decisions will not be binding unless confirmed by the physical assembly)?
    • go for an app which can substitute the existing system? party or entirely?
