I haven't been able to replicate the issue on my end, but I suspect it might be a regional bug. Could you please provide your country so I can verify if this might be the case?
Additionally, could you open Chrome Dev Tools (press F12), go to the Console tab, and select the User Messages side tab? Please take a screenshot of the messages there. Speedify has a detection mechanism that might have flagged an issue, and this will help me narrow down the cause of the problem you're facing.
Lastly, I wanted to let you know that a new version (1.0.3) will be available in a few hours. It addresses persistence issues, including cases where Spotify may create multiple media elements (video/audio). This might also resolve the problem you're experiencing.

Dear owner, Thank you for your detail and swift reply. Now I'm in Japan. And... I took screenshots on Dev tools and somehow there's no user messages... So I also attach a screenshot of whole messages here.
I already tried clearing cache and reloading, then made ADGUARD(AdBlocker extension) to turn off just in case. But still I can't fix the problem...

Hello, I installed your extension on Google Chrome tho, somehow it doesn't change the playback speed at all. Actually I can see the functional logo here as this screenshot I attached, but practically it doesn't work for it. Could you share me some advice to solve this issue? Thanks.
