Add filters and sorting to DataSet table to match model output table

The model output table has advanced sorting and filtering functionality. Modify the DataSet tables to match.

Acceptance Tests

Make sure the headings in the DS table have the same look and feel as the MO table
Make sure that the filters and sorting act as expected.
