Currently, ancillary files associated with a MO are available only to the MO owner. Instead make ancillary files available to anyone who can view the MO - i.e. public if public, to DS owner, or private. That basically means all MO view pages will display ancillary files if there are any.
We may one day want a structure where MO ancillary files can be labelled by the MO owner as "private" or "follow MO availability", but I don't think it's worth investing time in this now.
