Different versions of DS displaying as separate DS in DS table, analyses. #39

This can be seen just by looking at the public DS table and sorting by name.

In the DS table, only the latest version of the dataset should be shown.

The cause is that datasets within experiments are appearing within the global dataset list

This happens when a workspace has been marked as 'share with all'

Closing and creating an issue to add the share with all feature
