Add Support USDⓈ-M Futures Trading for Lower Fee Rates

Considering below facts:

1. USDⓈ-M Futures Trading Fee Rate is only 0.0200%/0.0400% compare to 0.1000% / 0.1000% for regular fee rates
2. USDⓈ-M Futures Trading supports almost all the coins in current default coin list except a few coin types like BTT
3. The risk is same to current coin-to-coin trading if we use 1x leverage

I'd like to suggest that support USDⓈ-M Futures Trading for lower rates.

The periodic funding should be also taken into account. It depends by the sign (positive or negative) of funding if you'll be charged or you'll be paid after each X hours

And since it is easier and maybe even right to implement it via long positions you'll be charged by funding quite often. Especially if you stuck on some coin
