Privacy Statement #406

Hi, I noticed that there's no information about whether the tool collects or transmits personal data. The absence of a formal privacy statement might prevent employees of using an open-source tool. That is mainly due to company policies and even applies to small cli tools. Does kcat collect or transmit personal data? Is it possible to provide a short privacy statement in the readme?

kafkacat does not collect or transmit any personal data.

If you have a suitable privacy statement ready I could look into adding it to the README.
