Fix max connections reached

What does this PR do?

Overrides the default pool configuration to sequelize
Calculate the partial ATHs using the endpoint instead of querying the DB
Add await to syncBlockWorker
Count the types of entities only on lacchain network

Steps to test

Run the project locally with EVM configuration
Monitor the connections
