Election 1 Results not showing up #399

In the page DELEGATES PAGE the drop-down with Election number automatically refresh for all other Elections except for the very first one.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to ' https://spending.eden.eoscommunity.org/delegate'
  2. Click on 'Election Drop-down'
  3. Select 5
  4. After that Select 4 and then Select 1

Expected behavior The data refreshes automatically for Election 4 but not for Election 1
