Epic: As a guest and member, I want to be able to understand how the treasury chart works with help of the help section information.

Criteria: The main purpose of this feature is to help the users to understand how the treasury chart works.

-Image for given an example

Tasks:

[x] Add a title for the information
[x] Add a chart image
[x] Add information about how the chart works or what it represents
[x] The information has to be responsive on both desktop and mobile
[x] Testing the feature
