Describe the bug When a user is trying to do a withdraw the claimed doesn't subtract that amount from unclaimed
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Execute the fundtransfer action in the genesis contract Go to https://spending.eden.eoscommunity.org/income And see that subtraction is not working See error
