Agree to terms and conditions

What does this PR do?

Resolve #332
When the status of the join request is pending kyc or pending approval disable the button to apply

Steps to test

Run the project locally
Login with an account that is not an affiliate
Click on "Apply now" button
Try applying without selecting that you agree and validate that you cannot apply
Open a invitation link
Try applying without selecting that you agree and validate that you cannot apply
