Check for changes to settings and prompt to save #1

Currently if the user does not click the "Save Settings" button after
making changes, the new settings will be lost when exiting the application
(or switching to a different backup profile).

The user should be prompted upon exiting (or switching profiles) to save
his or her backup settings if they have changed.
