Allow export of settings #2

There currently is no convenient way to backup the user settings for Snap
Backup (yes, this is very ironic).

A new feature is needed to export and import Snap Backup settings to an XML
file (or other appropriate file format). This will enable users to backup
and later restore their Snap Backup settings.

For anyone who's interested in where the Snap Backup profiles physically get
stored
on your computer, here's the information.
   Mac OS X: ~/Library/Preferences/com.snapbackup.utilities.plist
   Linux: ~/.java/.userPrefs
   Windows: HKEY_CURRENT_USER/JavaSoft/Prefs/com/snapbackup/utilities (registry)

Version 5.0 now includes export and import (File --> Export Settings...).
