Filters Don't Work when Case does not Match #9

I noticed that the filter is case sensitive.

For example, *.exe will not exclude those files with .EXE.

It took me some time to figure out the usefulness of the case sensitive
feature.  On the other hand, the non-IT savvy users would think Snap Backup
is not working well.

Maybe the help file should explain how to exclude certain files (by case
sensitive them) from the exclude/include filter.
