No pasteboard support in the command line version of MacVim? #117

"* and "+ registers don't seem to work in the terminal version of MacVim.

In the GUI version of MacVim either one can be used to copy to and paste
from the system pasteboard.

This is a known problem with terminal Vim on the Mac: it does not work in any 
of these and MacVim is no 
exception.  Currently, if you want full clipboard support you will have to run 
in GUI mode.

Several people have expressed interest in fixing this problem, but nobody has 
done so yet.  Please send me a 
patch if you decide to look into this problem.
