Cannot upgrade past snapshot 44

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Trying to install snapshot 45. I can reproduce the problem on 2 separate macs, 
but I don't find 
anything about the issue when searching here.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the update to complete. It hangs on the "Extracting Update" dialog box 
every time. The 
extraction seems to complete because the progress bar goes all the way across 
before the hang.

What version of MacVim and OS X are you using (see "MacVim->About MacVim" and  
"Apple 
Menu->About This Mac" menu items, e.g. "Snapshot 40, 10.5.6 Intel")?
MacVim: Snapshot 40
Mac OS X 10.5.7 Intel

Please provide any additional information below.
