contact versiontracker.com: link to old version #199

the download link points to
http://www.macvim.org/OSX/files/binaries/
which gives a way too old version!

I do not personally check that all downloads sites have up-to-date versions of 
MacVim, so if you do find one I'd 
ask you to notify the site in question yourself.  Thanks.

Please only use this page for bug reports and feature requests for MacVim.
