set lines/columns only works from gvimrc (not vimrc) #224

I'm on Snapshot 50,  x86-64

Setting 'lines' and 'columns' in .vimrc rather that .gvimrc doesn't change the 
window dimensions. All 
other settings are fetched ok.

According to

I'd expect .vimrc to work too
