Add perldo support to MacVim #231

:pythondo and :rubydo support is added to pre-compiled binary, but not
:perldo? Could the official precompiled binary also add :perldo support?

Search the vim_mac archives where this is explained -- it seems only possible 
to build with Perl support if you 
build for the native platform only, but the snapshot must run on both 10.5 and 
10.6.
