Regarding tabs #238

Right after closing the last tab the height of the main/first window diminishes.

This is more or less a duplicate of Issue 111 and 165.

Due to the fact that the Vim view needs to maintain an even number of lines the 
window size will change 
whenever the tabline is hidden/shown since the height of the tabline need not 
be the same as the height of one 
line of text.  There really is not much to do about this (e.g. Terminal.app 
behaves in the same way).
