Input method candidate window position problem #265

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Input any text in languages other than English like Chinese with an input 
method in MacVim.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The candidate window should follow the cursor, but it actually floats on the 
top left corner of the 
MacVim window

What version of MacVim and OS X are you using (see "MacVim->About MacVim"
and  "Apple Menu->About This Mac" menu items, e.g. "Snapshot 40, 10.5.6
Intel")?
Snapshot 52, 10.6.3, Intel

Please provide any additional information below.
Please look at the attached screenshot

Thanks for the report.  I have fixed this bug now (the fix will be included in 
snapshot 53).
