As each machine have, now, a local SSD disk (240 GB), it's time to migrate nova (root disks) from Ceph to LVM, while Cinder and Glance (larger disks) can remain in the same configuration.

A single write test, just to think about:

Ceph over XFS over SATA, a pool with 2 replicas: ~ 60 MBps.
EXT4 over SATA: ~ 95 MBps.
EXT4 over SSD: ~ 255 MBps.

2 hypervisors OK: openstack0 (530fb01a59b17c719136103a2a730d0c8f7436e7 ) and openstack3 (f1fcb121a5ff51f61002232605939e31058208a7).
