The answer fields should be made case insensitive or have a case sensitivity option. #31

Currently, the user will be marked down if the case of answers does not match. 
This requires the user to set awkward self-constraints such as 'I will only 
enter answers in lower case throughout all libraries'.

Answer fields should probably just be case insensitive.

All answer fields are already case insensitive apart from the simple text 
field. This is now case insensitive.
