Appearance of answer fields in quiz and when showing answer not always ideal #60

Simple text area sometimes overlaps text in the text area in which it is 
embedded. The way answers are shown for simple text area is not aesthetically 
nice. Have a look at all default answer fields and enhance their quiz/answer 
display.
