Hi,

What is your Kinect model number?
There are two models : #1414 and #1473. Check the bottom of your Kinect to
find the model number.

It seems the Library won't work very well on one of this model (i don't
remember which model won't work). We had the same issues, we have change the
kinect and program worked perfectly.

Thanks, looks like I have the #1414, I'll see if I can get a hold of the #1473
and hope that works out
