Update Puppet Forge #57

The Puppet forge indicates that this module was released Aug 26th 2020 yet there is a newer tag (2.1.2) and even newer master code at Github.

Yea since travis started charging we have not had a working pipeline to do this for us.

We install from git but its better to be on the forge. I'll see if I can spend some time on this
