'clara repo jenkins' currently takes the first .changes files it finds.
99% of the time we want to use the _amd64.changes, so we should make clara to take this one by default unless we specify something else in the command. The command would become something like this
clara repo jenkins <dist> <job> [--changes=<arch>] [--reprepro-flags="list of flags"...]
