hpc_collectd module must be replaced by a patch to 3rd party collectd module #52

The hpc_collectd module exist just because the 3rd party collectd module does not support the slurmd and slurmctld plugins. It must be replaced by a patch to this 3rd party module to support those plugins.

I could not find the source again, but I read somewhere that doing this was considered best practice, and it's working well with little overhead.

The ideal solution would be to upstream the patch as soon as the slurm plugins are upstreamed in collectd :)
