avoid benchmark rebuild on every runs #4

Benchmark are recompiled/rebuild at every runs. It is unnecessary long when we just want to run a benchmark several times, typically on several nodes.

One better behaviour would be:

build software on first run, if binary does not exist
do not build binary if it does exist, unless -r,--rebuild flag is set

It requires a modification in Jube as well.
