Package settings format - ubench_confyg.py - standardization procedure #49

Package settings found in ubench_config.py, namely the path's definitions, they all end with no forward slash / except for variable conf_dir (exported as UBENCH_CONF_DIR) .

This different behavior is, to my knowledge, not a best practice .

conf_dir variable is now defined without forwardslash, just like all other variables in this package (v 0.3.7). This change was also carried to ubench.conf file where the same behavior was also noticed.
