ics calendar export #26

someone requested an export to outlook; supporting ics would generalize it to most non-google calendars too

I remember looking into this at some point and concluding that it would be horrible library-wise. I think you can export .ics from GCal.

lmao literally #1. i agree you can export .ics from gcal but it's weird to have to go through gcal just to export a calendar. nwcell/ics.js doesn't seem too bad. i'll look into it
