When the menubar is loaded on the homepage it has a picture on it. it is transparant and the logo is white
the text of the menu is white and when you hover is should be light grey, when the page is opened text should be bold.
When the menu is sticky at the top:
The logo should be black, the background white and the menu text items should be black when normal , when page is opened the should be bold black, when hovered they should be dark grey.
Also lose the | between the menu items for all menu's
Change the layour for the menubar.
