[BUG]: Browser is autofocusing and IDE stuck #287

Describe the bug Working with WebStorm and NextJS. After editing code and save, the browser refresh and focus it. I can't continue editing the code and I need to click back on the editor. Even working like that, after few refresh it got stuck completely and the IDE is not responding.

To Reproduce Create a NextJS project, open it with WebStorm, run the dev server and open in GBrowser. Try to edit any file that modify the webpage

Expected behavior To not autofocus when refreshing the browser after saving a file

I'm also experiencing the exact same thing in RustRover 2024.1.4, com.gafner.giv (2024.1.17). Opening the GBrowser Tool Window steals focus away from my editor windows and I can't really do anything.

If I close the GBrowser Tool Window, I get back control and can edit files again.

Same issue.

Actually running on the following, however, noticed the issue on previous stable versions as well:

RustRover 2024.2 EAP
Build #RR-242.21829.114, built on August 27, 2024
Runtime version: 21.0.3+13-b509.11 amd64 (JCEF 122.1.9)
VM: OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM by JetBrains s.r.o.
