[FEATURE]: Filter out draft PRs #115

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

My team creates pull requests as drafts, then only publishes them once various builds and other validation have passed. We then review the PRs promptly when they are published, so most of our active PRs at any point in time are typically drafts.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to be able to filter out draft PRs.
