[FEATURE]: Support all comment statuses #117

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Azure DevOps PR comments can have one of 5 statuses: Active, Pending, Resolved, Won't Fix, Closed. As far as I can see, AZD only supports a comment being either Active or Resolved. My team uses the Pending status heavily.

Describe the solution you'd like

When reviewing an update to a PR, I'd like an easy way to mark a comment as Pending, rather than Resolved.

Describe alternatives you've considered

At the moment I have to use the Azure DevOps UI for this.

Additional context

My team's workflow doesn't need Won't Fix or Closed, though it would be nice if they were supported for the sake of completeness. We always create comments in Active, though they may then be quickly changed to a different status.

Will add those statuses in the next major release.
