[BUG]: If there are more than one organisations added, plugin shows its toolwindows only for projects which belong the first added organisation

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Settings | Version Control | Azure DevOps
2. Add two different Azure DevOps organisations
3. Get repositories from both organisations
4. Open projects side-by-side

Expected behavior Azd toolwindows are presented for both projects

Screenshots Azd toolwindows are presented only for projects which belong to the first added organisation. After deleting the first organisation, toolwndows appear for projects from the second one

• 1 user
• It's demo projects generated by Azure DevOps demo generator
