[BUG]: Timeline backwards compared to Azure DevOps #159

Describe the bug In DevOps [web] the newest comment is on the top. In AZD the newest is on the bottom. Meaning one has to scroll. Would be good to be able to select which way the user wants it. Or failing that newest on top for consistency.

This may be considered a new feature (apologies if that is the case)

@awindillman Implemented and released a new version with this feature. Will be available after JetBrains approval.

Under the azure Devops settings You can co figure this.
