[FEATURE]: Resolve button should add typed comment #51

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Resolving PR comment is ignoring comment I've put it into the input. PR comment is resolved, but actual comment I've put in is being ignored. image

Describe the solution you'd like Would be great if resolve button would close comment with inserting typed comment. Currently, comment I've put in is ignored and PR comment is closed.

I will try to add this in the upcoming release.

I hope it will not be confusing, but now there are three options:

  1. Reply
  2. Resolve ( which does not send the content of the comment)
  3. Reply and Resolve ( which does take the content of the comment and resolve/unresolve the thread)
