[BUG]: Is AZD 2024.1 compatible with IntelliJ 2024.1 RC1? #72

It appears it may not be? If that is intentional just let me know and close this.

Otherwise, we are getting errors like: Failed to load pull requests. HTTP Request Request GET https://dev.azure.com/XXXXXXXX%2F_apis%2Fgit%2Frepositories%2FXXXXXX/diffs/commits?baseVersion=socket-timeout&targetVersion=main&api-version=7.2-preview.1 failed with status code 404 and response body: {"$id":"1","innerException":null,"message":"TF401175:The version descriptor could not be resolved to a version in the repository Multisim","typeName":"Microsoft.TeamFoundation.Git.Server.GitUnresolvableToCommitException, Microsoft.TeamFoundation.Git.Server","typeKey":"GitUnresolvableToCommitException","errorCode":0,"eventId":3000}

When trying to view pull requests...

The XXX are replacing things that are repo specific.
